Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Obstetrics (OB) to join our team. This position involves primarily working night shifts and offers the opportunity to float to Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) units as needed. It is essential for candidates to have OB experience and the willingness to adapt to varying patient care environments.

Location

This position is based in a Critical Access hospital located in City, State.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the OB unit.
• Assist with labor and delivery processes as necessary.
• Float to Med-Surg units to provide support during low OB patient volumes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient-centered care.
• Monitor and assess patient health and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Obstetrics and willingness to float to Med-Surg is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Schedule

This role requires flexibility as the primary focus will be on night shifts, with rotations as necessary.
