Qualifications

• Current RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support, American Red Cross or Instructor)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The RN will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes and promote a healing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Position available in multiple locations within the region, including a facility in Dallas, TX.
