Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position focused on Swing Bed services. The role will involve providing high-quality patient care in both Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Swing Bed capacity.
• Float between Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical units as needed.
• Participate in on-call duties as determined by the schedule.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards during patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; 2 or more years preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
• Strong clinical competency in Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical nursing.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility with day shifts, including floating within the assigned scope of practice.
