Job Title: HI – RN Flex Pool – Days (08/24)

Shift: 12-hour shifts – Days (0645 to 1915) – Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation

Job Description:

The RN Flex Pool role involves floating between various medical and surgical units, performing general duties and procedures as required. Nurses are scheduled for 12-hour day shifts with a nurse-to-patient ratio that varies depending on the unit and circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• Flex RN floats between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units as needed
• Utilize Meditech EMR, pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols and dress code of professional nursing attire

Requirements:

• 2-10 years of experience
• Hawaii State RN license
• BLS, ACLS certifications (PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC preferred)
• Documentation of immunity; exemptions not accepted
