Job Description:

This position requires a Registered Nurse with Med/Surg experience to work on the 5 Central/Med/Onc unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing acute care in a hospital setting, with a focus on medical and surgical patient procedures such as cholecystectomy and appendectomy. The position involves night shifts with varying nurse-to-patient ratios.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical and surgical nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and operate remote telemetry equipment and utilize the EMR Meditech system.

Requirements:

• 1 year of current Hospital Acute Care Med/Surg experience.
• BLS certification.
