Job Description:

RN needed for Med Surg – Neuro unit on a night shift schedule. Responsible for providing attentive and compassionate care to patients and families, performing bedside shift reports, and engaging patients and families in care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and family members.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and include patients/families in care planning.
• Maintain patient ratios of 6:1 and ensure adequate care.
• Utilize equipment such as IV pumps, telemetry, and continuous pulse ox machines.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in Med/Surg, ability to prioritize care and multitask.
• Skills in starting IVs, basic wound care, and maintenance of surgical drains.
