Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing care, focusing on patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress and response to treatments.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
• Prior nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
