Job Description:

Need RN for Days – 7a-7p, 36 hour guarantee per week with overtime available. Initial 13-week contract with the possibility of extension based on performance. The facility is licensed for 80 beds with a current census that includes Skilled: 10-12, Memory Care: 27 beds (secured unit), and the remainder in Long-Term Care across three floors. Charting is conducted through My Unity – Net Smart. Cellphones are not allowed in resident areas during shifts.

Responsibilities:

Check placement of wonder-guard every shift.
Ensure wonder-guard is properly working once a day.
Immediately replace wonder-guard if missing or not working and inform on-call nurse of any issues.
