Job Description:

Need RN for Days – 7a-7p, 36-hour guaranteed. Overtime available. Initial 13-week contract with a possibility of extension based on performance. The facility is licensed for 80 beds, currently operating with 74 when full. The census includes 10-12 Skilled, 27 Memory Care (secured unit), and the remainder is Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities:

  • Check placement of Wonder-Guard every shift.
  • Ensure Wonder-Guard is properly working once a day.
  • Immediately replace Wonder-Guard if missing or not working and inform the on-call nurse of any issues.
