Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per physician orders.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs to determine necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
• Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
