Job Description:

Registered Nurse in Long Term Care facility on site of hospital responsible for assessments, treatments, medication administration, and communication with MD/NP. Duties also include admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care, and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Active State of Hawaii license or application in process upon offer acceptance.
• Must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
