Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Create and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous nursing experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Location
This position is available in multiple locations within the region, including opportunities in City, State.
Working Conditions
The role may require flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work various shifts. The work environment is clinical and may involve exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials.
