We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Nursing Professional to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Combination of shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM and 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Location: Various facilities in the region (e.g., City, State)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Monitor patient health and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
• Implement care plans and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing credentials and licenses appropriate for the position.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
