Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in labor and delivery with Level 2 nursery experience, and possess strong skills in neonatal care.

Shifts

• Day shift, 12-hour shifts
• 36 or 48 hours per week
• Shifts start around 6:00 AM and go to 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum and Level 2 nursery patients
• Assist in labor and delivery processes
• Utilize advanced monitoring techniques to ensure patient safety
• Participate in the development of nursing care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required
• Experience in a Level 2 NICU is required for day shift
• Skills in Intermediate Fetal Monitoring are required

Additional Information

Scrubs will be provided if needed. Otherwise, eggplant colored scrubs are expected.
