Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, with a strong focus on high-risk cases and immediate newborn care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care during labor and delivery.
• Manage and monitor high-risk patients throughout their labor experience.
• Assist in vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Perform immediate care for newborns at the time of delivery.
• Utilize advanced fetal monitoring techniques to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Experience in managing high-risk pregnancies.
• Competency in immediate newborn care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in circulating roles.

Certifications

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• BLS/ALS (Basic Life Support/Advanced Life Support)
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification

• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Weekend shifts are not required but may be available upon approval. This position may involve floating to areas such as MFMU, MOMB, or NICU as needed. Scrubs will be provided.
