Job Description:

Registered Nurse position in the Labor and Delivery unit providing care to obstetric, post-partum, antepartum, post-surgical gynecology patients, including those with hypertension or diabetes. The role involves no floating unless in critical staffing situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide care to laboring, post-partum, and antepartum patients.
  • Titrate drips such as Pitocin, Mag, and Procardia.
  • Participate in a pass/fail skills exam during orientation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of labor and delivery experience.
  • BLS and NRP certifications required.
  • Must pass a skills exam with at least 90%.
