L&D/Mother Baby RN

City/State: Honesdale, Pennsylvania

Shift: Days, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM, every other weekend and holiday

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 07/20/2026

Job Description:

L&D/Mother Baby RN responsible for providing comprehensive care for laboring mothers as well as postpartum mothers and their newborns.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum mothers
  • Care for newborns in the nursery and with their mothers
  • Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning
  • Perform chart entries and updates using Meditech system

Requirements:

  • Current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Certification (Advanced or Intermediate)
  • Ability to work with both labor & delivery and mother & baby units
  • Completion of PA Fingerprints at an IdentiGO site
