Job Description:

The role involves providing nursing care in the Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit. The unit features 29 beds, 4 ORs, 3 PACU Bays, 12 Antepartum rooms, and 10 Triage rooms, with a patient ratio of 2:1. Candidates must be able to work independently and support fellow teammates.

Responsibilities:

• Providing nursing care during labor and delivery
• Assisting in vaginal and cesarean deliveries, d&c procedures, hysterectomies, postpartum tubal ligations, cerclage placements, and versions

Requirements:

• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or AWHONN
• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience
