Job Description:

The ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care to mixed unit patients, including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma. Candidates should have ICU experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with critical patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to complex ICU patients.
• Administer IV medications and manage ventilators.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in Epic.
• Float to other units as required, including Medsurg/Tele.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience (excluding travel).
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Experience with Epic, hemodynamic lines, and critical care assessments.
• Registered Nurse (RN) – South Dakota Board of Nursing
• Comfortable with a 48-hour/week contract and ability to float to ED.
