ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. This role is crucial for providing critical care to patients in a high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Schedule

This position is for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with alternating weekends required.

Location

Position located in River Oaks, TX.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in critical care or intensive care unit (ICU).
• Candidates must have a permanent address that is more than 50 miles from the facility.
