ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro and stroke care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Location: Evanston, IL
• Start Date: As soon as possible, within 2 weeks of offer
• Shift: Nights or Rotating Day/Nights
• Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirements: As needed

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of strong ICU experience, specifically in neuro and stroke care
• Proficiency in EPIC Charting

License and Certification Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification

Additional Requirements

• Must pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher prior to submission
• Must be flexible to float to other units and potentially other facilities within the region

Orientation and Training

Orientation will be conducted on Mondays, lasting 8 hours with pay but no billable hours.
