ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position will focus on delivering high-quality patient care within an intensive care setting, accommodating 48 hours per week scheduling requests.

Work Schedule

This role will require working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Location

This position is available in multiple locations within the region, specifically in the city of Flowers Hospital, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient status and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to assist in patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess active ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting is required.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Additional Information

Applicants should be prepared to adapt to a dynamic environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Floating to other units may be required based on staffing needs.
