ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This position is for a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The role requires knowledge in managing complex medical situations and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to ICU patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor vital signs and manage critical situations effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information clearly and accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and care plans.

Requirements

• Current valid RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• A minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience is required.

Schedule

The position operates on a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. Employers can accommodate scheduling requests for 48 hours per week.

This position is located in the city of your specified choice.
