ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Department Description

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides direct and specialized care for acutely and critically ill patients who are at high risk for life-threatening health issues. The ICU team employs advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that ensures intensive monitoring, thorough assessments, and necessary interventions.

Experience/Education/Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification is required.
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• PALS and TNCC certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of previous ICU experience is preferred.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to moderate complexity testing standards.

Shift Information

This position requires night shifts from 1900 to 0730, with rotating weekends and holiday coverage.
