Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. This is a specialized position focusing on delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in a 36 bed ICU.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring effective and efficient management of patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and document patient’s condition and medical data in an accurate and timely manner using EPIC Charting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individual treatment plans for patients.
Requirements:
- Current IL License
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Certifications
- 2+ years of strong ICU experience
- EPIC Charting proficiency
