Job Description:

Provide comprehensive care to complex ICU patients in a mixed unit with varied diagnoses. Work in a fast-paced environment with critical patients, using strong assessment skills and collaborative team efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Care for surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma ICU patients
• Manage nursing care for patients with ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, and other critical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and support staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, excluding travel experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required
• Registered Nurse licensure by the South Dakota Board of Nursing
• Experience with Epic, hemodynamic lines, and IV medications
• Must be comfortable with a 48-hour/week contract
