Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the ICU will provide comprehensive care for complex patients in a mixed unit setting, including medical, surgical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and assessment skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro and trauma.
• Maintain and monitor hemodynamic lines, ventilators, IV medications, and patient conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and respiratory therapists.

Requirements:

• 2 years of ICU experience (excluding travel experience) preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Comfortability working a 48-hour week contract.
