Job Description:

The ICU Registered Nurse will provide care for patients with complex needs in a mixed unit setting, including MICU, SICU, CICU, and TICU. The nurse must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and deliver critical care to patients with a variety of conditions such as ARDS, MI, and trauma.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-acuity patient care in a 1:1 and 1:2 ratio setting, variable upon patient condition.
• Administer medications and manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring.

Requirements:

• 2 years of ICU experience, excluding travel experience.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC (required).
• Experience with Epic charting system and managing ICU and ED patient transitions.
• Advanced skills in critical care, including the use of Impella, IABP, and CRRT.
