Job Description:

Seeking a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in ICU to provide high-quality patient care. The nurse must handle various patient types, execute complex nursing procedures, and manage critical tasks efficiently in a non-profit community hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patients with CHF, Respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, and post-cath situations.
• Perform chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, and monitor femoral arterial sheaths.
• Administer drips including diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, and heparin.
• Float to TELE, Telemetry 2EW, Med-Surg, and Neurology-Medical as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment.
• Experience with Art line, Impella, and/or IABP preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
