Job Description:

The Hospice teams support patients and family members through the final stages of their illness. The Hospice House is a 12-bed inpatient facility that provides symptom management, respite care, and room and board. Services offered include skilled nursing care, pain and other symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained hospice volunteers, bereavement support, and medication and equipment as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• BSN and/or previous HH/Hospice or case management experience preferred.
• Previous broad-based nursing experience to ensure specialized skills needed for HH/Hospice Nursing preferred.
