Shift: Nights (19:00-07:00) rotating weekends

Job Description:

The Hospice team supports patients and family members through the final stages of their illness at a 12-bed inpatient facility in Albany. They provide symptom management, respite care, nursing care, and various support services tailored to patient and family needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient symptoms and provide nursing care.
• Offer emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• BSN and/or prior experience in HH/Hospice or case management preferred.
• Broad-based nursing experience preferred.
