Job Description:
Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am and that weekend. We do not make night visits from this office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive home health care to patients in the Franklin/Macon county area.
- Maintain required documentation using HCHB system.
- Manage a patient load of 5-6 patients per day.
- Participate in call rotation as required.
Requirements:
- Home health/hospice experience for nursing.
- Reliable vehicle for patient visits.
- Nursing – Navy or navy and white required uniform.
