Job Description:

Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am and that weekend. We do not make night visits from this office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home health care services to patients.
  • Manage a patient caseload of 5-6 patients per day.

Requirements:

  • Home health/hospice experience for nursing in the Franklin/Macon County area.
  • Reliable vehicle for patient visits.
