Job Description:

Home health RN position with call requirements every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5pm-8am and during that weekend. No night visits are made from this office.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing home health care services.
  • Managing patient care with a caseload of 5-6 patients per day.

Requirements:

  • Home health and hospice experience required for nursing positions in the Franklin/Macon County area.
  • Reliable vehicle for patient visits.
