Job Description:

The RN in the Emergency Room Care Center is responsible for delivering patient care in a high-volume, Level II trauma center. The role demands proficiency in comprehensive stroke care, ability to work in all sections of the ER, and requires flexibility in handling patient ratios and weekend scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with ER protocols and procedures.
Ensure patient experiences are positive through adherence to AIDET principles and respectful behavior.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS required before starting.
Ability to work collaboratively and provide real-time feedback and support to the team.
