Unit Type: Emergency Room

• Number of Beds: 13
• Number of Staff: 40
• Patient Ratios: 1:3/1:4 (scheduled, expandable as needed)
• Equipment: GE Monitors
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Position Overview

This is a night shift position with guaranteed hours available. The role involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Emergency Room experience
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Charge nurse experience in the emergency room
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training
