Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room will provide care to patients in a 29-bed emergency department. This facility serves the southern half of Johnson County and is a designated chest pain and primary stroke center, handling daily volumes of around 120 patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in the emergency department setting.
• Handle inpatient boarders and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year ED experience within the last 12 months.
• KS or Multi State RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & Conscious Sedation Competency.
