Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

This position is for a dynamic and fast-paced Emergency Department (ED) within a state-of-the-art facility, managing over 100,000 patient visits annually. The ED is recognized as one of the busiest trauma centers in the country and is the only Level I trauma hospital in the region. The role involves providing care to a diverse patient population, including assistance with boarding patients.

Job Requirements

• Current RN License (New York License ONLY)
• Minimum of two (2) years of Emergency Department experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Previous travel Emergency Room experience is a must

Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• NIHSS certified

Schedule

Position is for 36 or 48 hours per week with rotating shift schedules that include day, evening, and night shifts. Weekend shifts are blocked, and there may be additional floating or holiday duties as required by unit needs.
