Number of Staff: 17 total

Patient Ratios: 4 patients to 1 RN

Type of Staff:

• Day Shift: 2 nurses (1 charge nurse, 1 RN)
• Night Shift: 2 nurses (1 charge nurse, 1 RN)

Type of Equipment:

• EMR: Meditech

Job Requirements

Essential Skills: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Proficiency in triage and Emergency Severity Index (ESI)
• Emergency assessment and medication administration
• Management of critical patients

Preferred Skills: Candidates with these skills will be prioritized.

• Experience in Trauma and Stroke care
• Moderate sedation

• Triage

• Cardiac monitoring
• Trauma and emergency stabilization

Work Schedule

Rotating weekends; no on-call requirements.
