Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in an acute care environment, providing high-quality nursing care to patients. This position requires a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ health status and coordinate care accordingly.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patient progress in medical records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations, implementing appropriate protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required as per policy.

Shift Information

This position requires availability for night shifts. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing schedules are essential.
