Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves working in both the Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) departments during the night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM. Our facility utilizes Meditech as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ER and Med Surg departments.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and patient assessments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR.

Schedule and Flexibility

This role accommodates block scheduling to support work-life balance. Nurses are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance with no specific scrub color requirement.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
