Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide exemplary patient care in an acute care setting. This is a day shift position requiring a commitment of 36-48 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions while providing timely interventions.
• Utilize electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, to document patient information and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and effective environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Acute care facility experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or TEAM-A certification: Required
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification: Required
