Location: Conroe, TX

Unit Details:

• Number of Beds: 30 physical, 8 hall beds
• Staffing: 77 total staff members
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Type of Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, portable EKG machine
• Electronic Medical Records: Meditech

Schedule

Shifts are typically from 3 PM to 3 AM. Every other weekend is required.

Position Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Compassion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC)

Typical Procedures

• NIH Stroke Scale assessments
• IV and blood draws
• Moderate Sedation
• TNK administration
• Cardiac monitoring
