Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an engaging role. This position is a 13-week contract, working day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, in a dynamic environment focused on quality patient care.

Location

The position is based in North Channel, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Valid and current RN license.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
