Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room (ER). This position requires a commitment to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule Details

• Shift: 12 hour nights
• Hours: 1900-0700
• Weekend Requirements: Required with scheduled rotation
• Holiday Requirements: Required based on unit needs

Experience Requirements

• Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of ER experience and travel experience
• Preferred Experience: 2 years of ER experience and 1 year of travel experience

License and Certification Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the ER, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a critical and sometimes unpredictable environment.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Floating to units within your scope of practice as needed.

Additional Information

• Orientation is conducted virtually each week on Mondays.
• Credential documentation due one week prior on Monday.
• This is a nicotine-free facility.
• Bi-weekly pay with an 8-hour no-bill orientation.
• Please note that cancellations are allowed up to 2 times per month with at least 2 hours’ notice.
