Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holiday coverage in the Emergency Room. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare team, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality patient care.

Shift Details

The position requires availability for night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

This opportunity is available in a city within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, specifically in Emergency Room services.
• Active RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be expected to:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in accordance with hospital policies.
• Maintain knowledge of current procedures and best practices in emergency care.
