Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

Schedule: Nights – 3 twelve-hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation. Note that there is no guarantee of hours.

Minimum Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience required.

Certifications and Requirements

• Hawaii Nursing License required by the start of the assignment.
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS.

Job Description

This position is within an Emergency Room department that includes:

• 28 beds
• 4 trauma bays
• 2 behavioral health rooms
• 22 cardiac monitor rooms

The environment is fast-paced with quick patient turnover, requiring a strong emphasis on teamwork.
