  • Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician, and 1 midlevel per pod
• Patient Ratios: Average 3:1, Low acuity 5:1, Team nursing for pediatrics
• Type of Equipment: Alaris
• EMR: Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1-year experience as an Emergency Department RN
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Experience in travel nursing or at large facilities

Preferred Skills:

• ENPC certification
• Experience with Meditech
• Experience in facilities larger than 52 beds

Typical Procedures

• IV starts and medication administration
• Procedures involving sedation and pediatric care
