Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and perform relevant diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health issues and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department or similar fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Schedule

This is a night shift position (7 PM – 7 AM).
