Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department provides high-quality care to patients with a variety of conditions, including trauma, STEMI, stroke, and more, in a high-acuity Level II trauma center. The role requires experience with Cerner or Epic EMR systems and the ability to manage critical care responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-system trauma care and prioritize patient care effectively.
• Perform certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC as required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of critical care experience in an ICU, ER, or MS Hold environment, with recent experience in a Level II ER preferred.
• Experience with Cerner or Epic EMR systems.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
• Skills in tracheostomy care, ventilator care, ICU drip care, and other critical interventions.
