Job Description:

Our Emergency Department consists of 11 bed Main ED, 6 bed ED Fast Track, and 7 bed ED Observation Unit. All ED nurses are expected to rotate through each of these areas regularly. In addition, nurses are assigned to Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening. Nurses can expect to be assigned a different area daily, and may be rotated during their shift, depending on the patient volume and needs of the unit. May be assigned to assist with Covid testing and/or immunization clinics as needed.

Responsibilities:

Rotating through Main ED, Fast Track, and Observation Unit
Assignment to Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening
Assisting with Covid testing and/or immunization clinics as needed
Floating to other departments and performing tasks as required

Requirements:

Minimum of two years recent RN experience in Emergency Department
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and conscious sedation certification
