Job Description:

Registered Nurse for Emergency Room Care Center with responsibilities including providing comprehensive care and support for patients in a high-volume ER setting. No floating outside of the ED is required, but must be open to floating within all ED sections.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center.
• Collaborate with ED team members and ensure patient experience requirements are met.
• Participate in cardiac monitoring and unit processing.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in an ER setting.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications prior to start date; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work every other weekend and meet department scheduling needs.
• Strong teamwork mentality and ability to effectively coach and provide feedback.
